•  Tour Planning and Logistics: This involves selecting venues, negotiating contracts, arranging travel (including flights, transportation, and accommodations), and coordinating schedules.  

• Marketing and Promotion: In some cases, tour management services may also include assistance with marketing, publicity, and ticket sales. 

• Booking venues and negotiations: Negotiating with venue host and management regarding fees, splits of net profits, and artist's guarantee.

• Road Manager: Overseeing the daily operations of the tour, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth flow of events. 

• Production Manager: Focuses on the technical aspects of the show, including staging, lighting, sound, and other technical elements.

• Crew and Vendor Coordination: Working with stagehands, sound and lighting technicians, security personnel, and other vendors to ensure all needs are met.   

• Backline Equipment: Bands often need specific instruments and equipment beyond what venues might provide. Backline equipment rental services offer access to a wide range of gear, including guitars, drums, keyboards, and more.

• Financial Management: Managing tour finances, including budgeting, expense tracking, and payment processing. 

• Performance Soundcheck: Rehearsing extensively, focusing on delivering a polished and engaging performance, interacting with the audience, and potentially scaling production as the tour progresses.

• Promoting the Tour & Selling: Tickets: This includes developing marketing strategies through various channels, implementing ticketing strategies for announcements and sales, and engaging with fans through interactive campaigns.

• Coordinating with  Local Promoters: Responsible for specific show promotions, marketing, ticket sales, and onsite arrangements.

•   Touring with tech: Leveraging technology for better sound, instruments, promotion, and potential virtual performance opportunities.
